Our diverse crew is made up of resourceful, problem-solving industry experts who are highly experienced in project management, planning and logistics, graphic design, communications, web site development, registration and e-commerce, speaker management, and sponsorship fulfillment.

Founder & President
Leading the team at BPL Events, Dawn oversees all accounts and works closely with each client. She has forged long-standing relationships with key industry partners who work closely to accomplish extraordinary results. Dawn provides consistency from event to event and models the culture of our company through her enduring commitment to service. She works directly with students and interns to share her 20+ years of experience first hand.
Anne’s passion for project management has made her known for getting things done in the industry. Anne is extremely disciplined in her approach to events. She leads in the management of detailed logistics with an emphasis on speaker and sponsorship management. Anne often handles multiple projects at once while juggling several Marimekko hand bags and bottles of sparkling water. “Hydration is key!” she says.
Responsible for streamlining processes to maximize efficiency, Rom’s extensive knowledge in technology and programs is vital to successfully managing all the moving parts of your events. Rom works to set measurable standards for the team ensuring the success of all events with his extraordinary attention to detail. When he’s not overseeing production, Rom can be found on a sunny beach with an umbrella in his drink.
Marc has been delivering exceptional client and customer experiences for 15 years. He uses his in-depth interpersonal skills to oversee the on-site events staff and execution of logistics to plan. Marc is a natural at face-to-face client, sponsor and attendee relations and is extremely skilled at building connection with each interaction. As the in-field team leader, Marc has more travel miles than most and is a master at fitting all of his gear into one carry-on bag.
